What do Controllers do?

As a Controller, you organise and optimise corporate finance. This means planning, analysing, steering and controlling corporate mechanisms from an economical point of view. Therefore, dealing with key metrics is the Controller’s bread and butter. Potentially harmful developments must be anticipated and countered early which makes extensive coordination with management a necessity. Having excellent analytical and communication skills is mandatory.

Your profile

You know classic controlling instruments like cost accounting, investment calculation as well as business calculation techniques like the back of your hand. A commercial qualification or a degree in business studies can therefore be found in every job description. Excellent English, a goal-oriented work ethic and fundamental knowledge of MS-Office (Excel in particular) and SAP are more than welcome.
