Tasks

• Maintaining, operating and supporting the Nintendo SAP HCM modules (PA, PT, PY, OM, Portal, PCP, CATS) on our SAP platform
• Providing first, second and third Level Support for all HR Applications (SAP HCM & Cornerstone)
• Maintaining connections and connected applications (e.g. electronic personal file)
• Analyzing requirements and customizing and/or developing the aligned solution in the HR Applications
• Driving the creation of system solutions for our business departments in the area HR Applications
• Collaborating closely with the responsible key users
• Supporting the collaboration between the IT and HR department regarding all topics related to HR Applications
• Coordinating external service partners

Requirements

• Degree in IT or related field or several years of equivalent professional experience
• Experience with customizing and/or developing as well as maintaining SAP systems in an international (European) environment
• Experience with Cornerstone is a plus
• Experience with customizing, developing and maintaining interfaces to other SAP modules or external systems (e.g. IDM)
• Experience in providing consultancy and advice to customers in the HR Applications area
• Proven experience with demand management and requirement management
• Profound knowledge of complex HR processes in an international (European) company
• Very good written and spoken German and good English language skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High motivation and highly organized
